Abdelhmeed Elshorbagy (full name Abdelhmeed Mohsen Elshorbagy; also written Abdelhameed Elshorbagy or Abdelhmeed El Shorbagy) is an IT help desk technician at Amwag Travel in Minya, Egypt, the founder of the fragrance brand DÖSE, and a Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence student at Minya National University. Abdelhmeed designed and built Amwag Attendance, the company’s bilingual attendance platform, and holds Google’s Technical Support Fundamentals certificate.

My work sits where business operations, user experience and software engineering meet. I like taking a complicated workflow — a transportation network’s booking rules, a company’s attendance governance, a brand’s path from discovery to checkout — and turning it into a product that is clear and useful.

Alongside the work I study Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, which keeps the engineering grounded in fundamentals while the product work stays grounded in real businesses.

    Begin with the real workflow, the business constraints, and what users actually need to get done. The best interface for the wrong problem is still the wrong product.
