Begin with the real workflow, the business constraints, and what users actually need to get done. The best interface for the wrong problem is still the wrong product.
Think beyond individual screens: states, roles, data, operations, and edge cases. A product is everything that happens when things go right — and when they don't.
Build products that are maintainable, testable, and secure — with the backups, access control, and monitoring that real users deserve from day one.

Abdelhmeed Elshorbagy is an IT specialist, full-stack product builder, and product designer focused on creating complete digital systems.
His work sits at the intersection of business operations, user experience, and software engineering. He enjoys taking complicated workflows — a transportation network's booking rules, a company's attendance governance, a brand's path from discovery to checkout — and transforming them into products that feel clear, useful, and carefully crafted.
Alongside building products, he studies Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, which keeps the engineering grounded in fundamentals while the product work stays grounded in real businesses.

Amwag Travel
Manages IT infrastructure, network security, and day-to-day operations while building the company's internal products — designed and shipped the bilingual attendance platform end to end, architecture and design system included.
DÖSE — Egyptian niche fragrance brand
Founded and runs the brand end to end — brand direction and a conversion-focused Shopify build: product page UX, discount logic, structured data, and the "Find Your DÖSE" discovery experience.
Amwag Travel
Started at the ticketing desk, became the company's first customer service employee, and was promoted into the IT role — the youngest to hold it across the company's branches. Years inside the operation that the products are now built for.
Online digital-products store
Built and ran an online store for digital gaming products — gift cards, game keys, and licenses — serving customers across Egypt and the GCC, with sourcing, pricing, and support handled end to end.
